Following sold-out runs at Performance Space 122 in 2008 and 2009 and a sensational sneak preview at Prelude '08, Temporary Distortion return and climb back inside one of their signature box structures - this time delving into the worlds of Japanese ghost stories and "J-Horror".

Alterazioni Video and Ragnar Kjartansson Symphony n.1
For Performa 2009, the Italian collective Alterazioni Video and Ragnar Kjartansson (currently representing Iceland at the Venice Biennale with "The End", a non-stop performance which began on June 5th) will present "Symphony n.1", a live and multimedia piece based on joy, infinite profound joy.

In ZEE the audience enters a space filled with extremely dense fog, so that the confines, walls and ceiling of the space, always remain fully obscured. The overall composition is best understood as a fluctuating "organism".
