Performance Space 122 is proud to honor its own dance pioneer Ishmael Houston-Jones and pioneering performance writer C. Carr at this year's benefit. Both of these people forged paths that made space in the world for the type of political, challenging, risk-taking dance and performance work that has grown at Performance Space 122 since 1979.
