While you might know Joe from his award-winning lighting design, most people don't know he's been secretly painting for the last five years.

...Revealing work that never before has been seen in public, Joe Levasseur transforms our downstairs theater into a gallery / lobby / lounge space - perfectly timed to overlap with two dance premieres: Amanda Loulaki and Ishmael Houston-Jones, and their respective Thursday Night Socials.

The exhibition will take place in the downstairs theater, an especially appropriate and auspicious location for the artist, who is already at home in here at Performance Space 122. Gallery doors open at 7PM to public and patrons of the performances alike.
